Updating your Kiddle

To ensure your Kiddle is equipped with the latest firmware, we invite you to contact us through email or WhatsApp. This can be facilitated by filling out the form provided below.

For the firmware update process, you will require a USB Flash Drive and access to a computer to transfer the update file.
